This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
You don’t need to worry about a thing! Sessions with Lucky Elk Photography are relaxed and guided from start to finish. I’ll gently direct you so you never feel awkward, and kids are encouraged to be themselves. The goal is natural connection, not perfect poses.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel is included within a set local radius of my home base. (Westland, MI) Locations outside that area may require a small travel fee. Any additional costs, such as studio rentals or permit fees, will always be discussed and approved before booking.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Your fully edited online gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a link where you can easily view, download, and share your images. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Yes! I’m happy to help you choose a location that fits your vision. I regularly photograph at beautiful parks, open fields, and natural areas around the Westland, Canton, and Livonia area. Once you book, I’ll suggest a few options based on the season, lighting, and the feel you’re looking for.
Session pricing and details are subject to change and are not secured until booking is confirmed with payment and a signed contract. Image counts and session timing may vary slightly depending on location, lighting, and session flow. Any applicable travel, studio or permit fees are the responsibility of the client.
